  1. Tips to Avoid Flu in Rainy Season In the rainy season, as now, the condition of the body can be erratic. If your condition is in a state of decline, you are susceptible to attack by weather, such as cough, flu, allergies or high fever. Flu usually becomes the most popular disease during the rainy season. To maintain body condition during the rainy season, you need to follow these healthy tips. Precautions during Rainy Season Increasing the intake of Vitamin C either in natural form or as food supplement will help you drive away the cold virus faster. Vitamin C will activate your antibodies and reduce the severity of cold. Do not enter air conditioned room with wet hair and damp clothes. Shower after being caught in rain as this will protect you from many infections.

  2. Increase intake of hot drinks like a cup of hot milk, ginger tea, vegetable soup etc…This will help you from catching cold and protect you from infections. Drinking Lots of Water Adults need eight glasses of water a day. Try to drink plenty of water, to remove toxins from the body. Hand-Washing & Hygiene Most of the flu virus spreads through direct contact. So try to wash hands frequently with soap and warm water if possible. Flu virus usually enters the body through the eyes, nose or mouth. So try not to touch the face too often.
