  3. DOE Review DOE Review consists of two parts but is still one review • Independent Project Review (IPR) by OPA • Independent Cost Review (ICR) by OECM 18-Apr-2012 Mu2e WGM

  4. Documentation Requirements • Mu2e have to have all review documents posted no later than the end of day on Monday, 21-May • This includes all the CD-1 related documents (i.e. PEP, PMP, Schedules, BOEs, MOU, links to internal design reviews, etc.) • Drafts of all Plenary and Breakout talks are to be posted by that Monday also • Additions/Updates to the documents/talks can be made after that Monday, but need to indicated on webpage of the change and the date of that change Does the project need support for the webpage? 18-Apr-2012 Mu2e WGM

  5. OPMO’s Preps for DOE CD-1 Review • OPMO’s Review Webpage to be created this week. • DOE Charge approved. Copy to be sent to Lab and will be post on webpage. • Drafting Agenda based on discussion with Ted Lavine and Ron. To be sent to Ted this week. • Meeting Rooms have been reserved. 18-Apr-2012 Mu2e WGM

DOE Review Breakouts Change in number of breakouts from Director’s Review to DOE Review • Session 1: WBS 1 Management • Session 2: WBS 2 Accelerator • Session 3: WBS 3 Conventional • Session 4: WBS 4 Solenoids & WBS 5 MuonBeamline • Session 5: WBS 6 Calorimeter/Cosmic Ray Veto & WBS 7 Tracker/DAQ 18-Apr-2012 Mu2e WGM

  7. Updating of Femi Labor Escalation Rates • Finalized Lab Wide Standard Escalation Rate for Fermilab Labor issued from the Budget Office on 17-Apr-2012 (to be reevaluated yearly) • Rates have been updated in Cobra on LoadSpring Today. • Also working on establishing Standard Escalation Rates for general M&S purchases, T&M Labor, and Civil Construction work 18-Apr-2012 Mu2e WGM
