  2. Abcès Epidural Cervical • Observation: • homme, 65 ans • DNID, HTA, insuffisance coronarienne • rachialgies cervicales spontanées, d ’apparition brutale • fièvre • syndrome inflammatoire • hémocultures positives Streptocoque B (ATB)

Abcès Epidural Cervical • Observation: • homme, 65 ans • DNID, HTA, insuffisance coronarienne • rachialgies cervicales spontanées, d ’apparition brutale • fièvre • syndrome inflammatoire • hémocultures positives Streptocoque B (ATB) • apparition secondaire d ’une tétraparésie prédominant à gauche

  4. Abcès Epidural Cervical • Discussion: • pathologie rare, localisation cervicale exceptionnelle • sujets âgés, polypathologiques, immuno-déprimés • infection hématogène ou loco-régionale • staphylococcus aureus, streptococcus • complications infectieuses, neurologiques • diagnostic urgent par imagerie (TDM, IRM) • traitement médico-chirurgical
