  1. Cabbage Soup Diet • Pros -You can eat as much as you want of the prescribed foods -In some cases, people have lost 10 pounds in two weeks or faster(quick weight loss option with lots of fiber)! -Options are tasty -Easy to make . Cons -A lot of your weight lost is water weight that will come back on - Gets boring - Can cause bloating, gas, disorientation and low-energy because it lacks other needed nutrients - Not realistic long-term My opinion: I have tried this diet before and it was good for the first few days, but it very difficult to stick to. I only lost a few pounds at first, but gained it right back because it has no long-term effects. This may only be a good option to lose a quick few pounds for a few days. The cabbage soup is tasty though! Table 9-8 rating: 100 Cececececeececececececece Summary: The Cabbage soup diet is a 7 day diet that follows a very strict daily plan of rotating meat, vegetables and fruit. Also, you can eat all the cabbage soup that you can stand every one of those days!!! This diet states that you can follow the 7 day schedule as many times as you like, with 2 weeks in-between.
