    2. Human body consists of 100 trillion cells and requires 114 different nutrients EVERY DAY! What we ate yesterday gave us energy and nutrition for yesterday. Everything we eat today will be used TODAY. Every cell is a big “factory” needing a lot of raw materials in order to be able to reproduce itself in a healthy way. If the cells are not getting the raw materials (the nutrients they need) the cell still does the job, but without all the nutrients we see the process called “ageing”. Ageing starts on a cellular level. To slow or reverse cell degeneration we need to take care of what we are putting into our bodies. What we ate yesterday gave us energy and nutrition for yesterday.     4. If nothing…… When you skip breakfast, blood sugar drops below the normal level, you experience cravings and a drop in energy. You again revert to simple carbohydrates to achieve a quick surge of blood sugar and to overcome hunger and a drop in energy. Simple carbohydrates will cause an immediate surge of blood sugar level and a substantial insulin emission. The insulin removes sugar from the blood turning its excess into fat. The result is a decreased level of blood sugar, and thirst for more carbs. This cycle repeats itself 2-3 more times during the day.This vicious cycle constitutes one of the major reasons for diabetes, high blood pressure and extra weight.
