Tips and Definitions • Antioxidant- is a substance that protects cells from being damaged by oxidation. • Cancer- group of diseases in which there is uncontrolled cell division. • Avoid obesity • Eat several servings of fruits and vegetables and fiber food each day. • Limit the amount of fat intake. • Do not drink alcohol as teens. • Diet- The customary amount and kind of food that person taken in daily.

  3. Pros and Cons of Cancer and Diet • There is nothing about cancer that is positive. • There is nothing positive about having a diet.

  4. Summary • Going on a diet is not a healthy choice and will mess up your eating habits. • Cancer is the worst thing to have you may die.
