  2. FIRST STEP • To use the resident evaluation system effectively, you must log in to activate your account. • Instructions are on the following pages.

  3. Login www.new-innov.com

  4. Log in page Institution Login: usf Username: first initial & last name Login: first initial & last name

  5. Click “Log In”

  6. Click “Evaluate” next to the resident you want to evaluate

  7. Complete all 3 pages of the evaluation

  8. On page 3, verify and submit evaluation (2 steps) • Click the verify check box (arrow) • ClickSubmit Final (circle) • NOTE: COMMENTS ARE MOST HELPFUL. • PLEASE INCLUDE WITH EACH EVALUATION.

  9. After first log in • After first log in there are two ways to complete evaluations: • 1. Log in to www.new-innov.com and complete as per the previous instructions. • 2. Auto log in. Auto log in instructions are on the next pages…

  10. Complete evaluations by email • You MUST log in to www.new-innov.com according to previous pages for this to work • After you log in you can complete the evaluations by clicking on an email link • See next page

  11. Email evaluations: After each rotation, you will receive an email like this:

  12. Look for Auto Logon (arrow)Click the link “Click Here” (circled)

  13. This will take you directly to the evaluation. No need to log in. Again, you MUST log in to www.new-innov.com at least once to activate the system.
