HOW TO WORK WITH THEM Appreciate they are Loyal and Committed Recognize their patriotism and sacrifice Let them share their wisdom & experience Help them engage with technology Don’t expect a lot of change Appreciate their experience Use them to mentor the younger ones Don’t put them out to pasture Let them be a resource Recognize How Their Generation Influences: Expectations, Behaviors, Values Ideas, and Work
