Barre Body Sculpting This fun, high energy class is a unique and effective fitness class combining elements and techniques of Pilates, ballet moves, core work and toning exercises with light weights. BENEFITS: The class begins with a warm up and a sequence of upper-body exercises using light weights or small equipment The class will also move into a series of ballet barre or floor exercises that focus on the lower body Includes a series of core work using the mat. This may include plank work, push-ups, Pilates stomach series, abdominal and back work The class will wrap up with a stretching series The Barre Method class was voted the best new workout by Chicago Magazine, and has also been featured in People and Living Well.
