Helmer Senior Trust Relationship Manager - Investment Management & Trust Minnesota Lori is a Vice President and Senior Personal Trust Relationship Manager for Northern Trust in Minnesota. She assists clients in building, protecting and transferring their legacies with comprehensive, tax-efficient trust and investment strategies. Prior to joining Northern Trust, Lori served as Senior Vice President and Senior Trust Officer for U.S. Trust, Bank of America Private Wealth Management. Previously, she spent time at a multi-family office and over a decade with Wells Fargo and Lowry Hill (now Abbot Downing). Lori earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting with a minor in economics from the College of St. Benedict. Lori is a Certified Public Accountant with an inactive license. Lori is actively involved with the Alumnae of the College of St. Benedict and the Greater Twin Cities United Way’s Women’s Leadership Council. She is a past president of the Ordway Circle of Stars Board and an active member of the Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants.
