  29. The Steps: • Run a Hyperion report containing the needed data • The following report examples will be demonstrated: • FSH0002-Labor Distribution (Payroll) Report • FOH0002-Operating Ledger Summary Report • FRH0001- Grant Ledger Detail Report • FPRHOZ02- Pcard Transaction Report

The Export Button • In order to export this data into excel, you must use the Export button • If you attempt to export a section on this report(file/export/section will be shown later), you will find you can only export it into a .txt or .jpg file • Experiment with the different report options given

  35. Advantages of This Export Button • Saves automatically as an “.xls” file • Has a header • Has all the data for each record on one (sortable) line

  37. Removing Confidential Data • Reports can have confidential data removed, making it easier to distribute data contained in the report that is not confidential
