  1. How to Prepare for CBSE Board Exam With CBSE Class 10 and12 boards are very important and tough exam for a student, some students might be undergoing different forms of emotions and some very serious for preparations. They are on the emotional roller coaster ride. Some students might be nervous, some scared and some may be excited about the upcoming exams. If exams are near, students will very tense, it's natural. But don't worry. Pleases students do not make it very complex because now you can do it. We have the three golden rules and Free CBSE exam preparation tips for you to convert the toughest exam into the easiest exam effectively and quickly. Simply make a list of all major topics and sub-topics of a particular subject on a sheet of paper. Or use table of contents of a good book on the subject. You will be ticking off whatever is completed. Make a schedule for subject also. One: Tick for those topics that you studied reasonably well. Two: Ticks where you also practiced and are quite confident. Three: Ticks for those where you performed another revision and consider yourself an expert. Now your target is to have as many three-ticks, solved as possible before the exam and revise these questions. First thing in the morning, decide targets for the day. Make a schedule within two minutes. Do not take more than two minutes for this.

  2. Take a short target for next 25 minutes, one specific topic. Don't think beyond 25 minutes at a time. To gain maximum out of the above three rules you have to follow some recommended daily routine - Take small breaks of a few minutes every 50 minutes. Walk lightly for half a minute during the breaks. Maintain a regular sleep pattern. Take rest at least 30 minutes before sleep. During these 30 minutes, you can walk, wash your limbs and face, settle down on bed, close your eyes, relax your mind, allow it to. Take a small drift wherever it feels like, gradually speak reaffirmations to you and allow yourself into a wonderful sleep. Unless really necessary, avoid caffeine. They may lengthen your waking time. They can feel fresh, but also disturb your sleep, reduce grasping capacity of the brain, and make you feel tired when you wake up. Next day. Instead of tea or coffee, have lemon water or green tea. Avoid TV, films, chatting, long phone calls, social media unless absolutely necessary. These will tire your brain. Speak less with others. Allow your mind to spend time with yourself and concentrate on the target. Play music, or sing, or dance, or simply meditate during the short study breaks. We are sure that if you follow these rules and its recommended schedule will help you crack a CBSE board exam with flying colors.
