  4. Unitat 6. Citoplasma EL CITOSQUELET És una complexa xarxa d’estructures filamentoses de naturalesa proteica que s’estén per tot el citoplasma.

  5. RETICLE ENDOPLASMÀTIC Unitat 6. Citoplasma • Estructura membranosa que es distribueix per tot el citoplasma de les cèl·lules eucariotes. És un únic sac tancat, molt ramificat, que té continuïtat amb la membrana nuclear externa. • La seva cavitat interna constitueix el lumen.

  6. RIBOSOMES Unitat 6. Citoplasma • Són estructures complexes que es troben al citoplasma de totes les cèl·lules eucariotes i procariotes, encara que no són del tot iguals. • No tenen membrana citoplasmàtica i mesuren de 15 a 30 nm de diàmetre. • Químicament estan formats per ARN i proteïnes diverses (en un 50%).

  7. Unitat 6. Citoplasma FUNCIONS DE L’APARELL DE GOLGI Du a terme funcions relacionades amb la circulació, secreció i maduració de diverses substàncies.

  8. Unitat 6. Citoplasma ESTRUCTURA DE L’APARELL DE GOLGI L’aparell de Golgi és un orgànul cel·lular membranós, present a totes les cèl·lules eucariotes, malgrat que la seva forma pot variar d’una cèl·lula a una altra.

  9. Unitat 6. Citoplasma VESÍCULES D’ORIGEN ENDOMEMBRANÓS • Vacúols autofàgics i heterofàgics. • Vacúols contràctils o pulsàtils. • Vacúols dels adipòcits. - Heterolisosoma o vacúol heterofàgic. - Vacúol autofàgic o autolisosoma.

  10. Unitat 6. Citoplasma ORGÀNULS DE DOBLE MEMBRANA. ELS MITOCONDRIS • Són orgànuls presents en totes les cèl·lules eucariotes. • La seva funció principal és la producció d’energia a partir de reaccions químiques diverses. • Tenen un diàmetre mitjà de 0,5-1 µm, i poden ser de mida i forma molt variables.

  11. Unitat 6. Citoplasma ORGÀNULS DE DOBLE MEMBRANA. ELS PLASTS • Són orgànuls cel·lulars exclusius de les cèl·lules vegetals. • Solen contenir pigments. • Intervenen en processos anabòlics i d’assimilació de carboni. • Es poden dividir per bipartició (al igual que els mitocondris).
