  7. 4 Levels of Data Entry • Trainer-of-Trainer Workshops • Trainer Coaching, Mentoring, and Technical Assistance • Co-Facilitated Workshops • Trainer Conducted Workshops

  8. Trainer-of-Trainer Workshops • Define the Workshops in the Default Definitions Table • Enter Trainers into Contacts Table • Enter an Activity Log for EachTrainer-of-Trainer Session

  9. Trainer Coaching, Mentoring, and Technical Assistance • Enter a Technical Assistance Record for Each Incident That You Mentor, Coach, or Provide Other Technical Assistance to a Trainer • Record time in Minutes • Do Not Duplicate Co-Facilitated Workshops

  10. Co-Facilitated Workshops • Enter New Trainer into Provider Staff Table • Enter Activity Log As Usual • Use Lead and Other Facilitator Fields

  11. Trainer Conducted Workshops • When Trainers Begin to Conduct PD, Those Workshops Must Also Be Entered • By the Trainer or • By Grantee Agency Staff • For As Long As Washington State LASER is Funded
