  1. SOME POINTS YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT FOOT PAIN What are the causes of foot pain? WEARING IMPROPER SHOES The most common cause of foot pain is wearing improper shoes. High heeled shoes can place a large amount of pressure on toes, causing pain.  HIGH IMPACT EXERCISES You can get injured during high impact exercises or sports activities such as jumping, jogging etc. leading to pain in the foot. Intense aerobics is another form of activity which can cause sudden discomfort in the foot. COMMON MEDICAL CONDITIONS There are various medical conditions that can lead to pain in the foot. such as Arthritis, diabetes, Obesity etc. are some of the medical conditions that can cause discomfort and pain in the foot.  

  2. How to relieve foot pain? You can follow these steps to provide relief from foot ache ICE: Applying ice to the affected foot can help to relieve pain and discomfort. MEDICATION: If the pain is severe, you can take anti- inflammatory medications prescribed by your doctor. You can also use pain-relieving sprays FOOT PADS: Make use of foot pads to avoid direct contact of the foot with the surface. REST: You must provide sufficient rest to the affected foot. This will help to minimize the pain and help to recover quickly.
