  5. Inquiry-Based Learning • Identify issues/questions to research and develop their own knowledge & solutions.

  6. Problem-based learning • Student-centered pedagogy where learning takes place through the experience of collaborative problem solving (Self-Directed Learning) • Similar to inquiry-based but on smaller scale.

  7. Project-based Learning • Collaborative groups form their own investigation of a guiding question, to develop valuable research skills as students engage in design, problem solving, decision making and investigative activities.

  8. Business Process Method • Holistic management approach to align an organization’s business process with wants and needs of clients through collaboration. • Promotes business effectiveness and efficiency while striving for innovation, flexibility, and integration with technology.

SCAMPER • A “checklist” type creative thinking tool that helps people to think of changes to an existing product or problem. • Substitute something. • Combine it with something else. • Adapt something to it. • Modify or Magnify it. • Put it to some other use. • Eliminate something. • Reverse or Rearrange it.
