  4. What is Marketing Mix • Marketing involves making decisions concerning the four Ps which is called the marketing mix.

  5. Product • This refers to the type of goods or service produced, e.g. quality, size, design and packaging. This may even include elements that provide support to the product after it is sold such as warranties and guarantees.

  8. Price • This involves the firm arriving at the price of the product. Pricing involves the firm expanding its sales through discounts , credit terms and special offers.

  13. Promotion • This is the firm’s way of making customers aware that the product exists. Therefore, customers will be told about the product through advertising, sales promotion, personal selling and other means of promoting sales.
