WHAT IS WALL CARE PUTTY? • White Cement based material in dry powder form ideal for use on walls (exteriors & interiors) and ceilings, known as “skim coat” in Singapore • Available in fine and coarse (matt) finish • Cementious material to obtain water resistant base having better adhesiveness and durability • Base coat to protect paint from dampness and hence to eliminate flaking / blistering • Can be used for both - Internals and Externals
