Additional treats you can add to your spa day • Lunch can be ordered from our restaurant to finish off your day, we advise you to pre-book to avoid any disappointment. • Gift Vouchers can be purchased at our spa to treat that someone special or just to say thank you. • You are more than welcome to tailor make your own package from our Menu, our highly qualified therapists will be delighted to assist. • Please enquire about having your treatments in our outdoor gazebo area, depending on the weather. • Hydrotherapy pool facilities • The use of our pool facilities is complimentary with each treatment booked, including a Jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. • Bookings in advance are essential in order to secure your treatment of choice.5 hours advance notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling, after which 50% of the treatment/s will be charged for.   6. Sanctuary Procedure Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment. Reservations- Advanced bookings prior to arrival is recommended to secure treatment. Credit Card numbers is required at time of booking. 5 hours advance notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling, after which 50% of the treatment/s will be charged for. Late arrivals will have their treatment times reduced accordingly. Prices are subject to change without notice. Cell phones to be turned off on arrival. Management and staff are not liable for loss or damage of personal property. Please leave valuables at home. Treatments and Packages are non refundable, non transferable and may not be exchanged for other treatments or products. Gift vouchers valid for treatments only and will not be exchanged for products or cash. Treatments only available to persons 16years and older.
