  2. Professional Development School • A unique path to a Multiple Subject Teaching Credential. • A DAYTIME program: most (but not all) classes are held during the children’s school day. • September – June • You’ll work harder, you’ll end up more prepared.

  4. Extra Support • PDS Coordinator • Advisor • Coordinates all Field Experiences • Handles registration for classes • Liason between all faculty in program • Liason between CSUB and GUSD • Provides individual guidance through the maze of credential requirements

  5. More Time in Classrooms • First Week of School • Specific Observations of experienced teachers conducting Guided Reading and Math lessons • Interactive Demonstration Lessons • Guided/Supervised practice working with individual students, before student teaching begins
