KEEP Evaluation Systems Requirements: • Used for continual improvement of instruction • Differentiate performance using at least three performance levels • Multiple valid measures that influence performance levels • Student growth for all students • Other measures of professional practice-observations, portfolios, school community surveys, etc. • Evaluate on a regular basis • Provide clear, timely and useful feedback that identifies needs and guides professional learning • Will be used to inform personnel decisions
