  3. Writing Workshop Guidelines • You should be writing or sketching in your writer’s notebook .

  4. Writing Workshop Guidelines • While working on a writing project use some or all of the writing process strategies depending on the final publication of your piece.

  5. Writing Workshop Guidelines • Not all writing needs to be published. • Not all writing needs to go through all of the writing process stages.

  13. Writing Workshop Guidelines • When you finish a final draft, put your drafts in numerical order. • Then staple them together with the final draft on top, and place your project in the orange file container.

  14. Writing Workshop Guidelines • Place your final draft in the editor’s basket (orange file container) when you want the teacher to edit your project for publication.
