Please note that public comments are limited to five (5) minutes per speaker.

  2. Proclamations • Proclamation received from the City of Pittsburgh and the City of Hagerstown in recognition of the celebration of Cumberland's 225th Anniversary.

  3. Proclamations • Proclaiming Thursday, December 13, 2012 to be "Midnight Madness Night" in Downtown Cumberland.

  4. Certificates, Awards and Presentations • Presentation of the recognition received from the National League of Cities in honor of Cumberland's 50 years of participation in the organization.

  9. Resolutions • Resolution authorizing Enterprise Zone tax credits for qualifying local businesses for the tax year 2013-2014.

  10. Resolutions • Resolution granting the Cumberland Outdoor Club property tax credits for the year 2012-2013 as provided through the Annotated Code of MD. (Property Tax Credit = $8,559.90 / Corporate Tax Credit = $94.47)

  11. Orders • Order authorizing the execution of final Change Order No. 4 to the contract with Carl Belt, Inc. for the "Cedar St. CSO Improvements" (09-08-S) in the decreased amount of $61,272.96, bringing the contract close-out amount to $1,510,427.60.

  12. Orders • Order authorizing the execution of Change Order No. 1 to the contract with Belt Paving, Inc. for the "South Centre Street Improvements" project (13-11-M) in the decreased net amount of $292.75 and increase of 15 additional work days, bringing the total contract amount to $476,586.51.

  13. Orders • Order authorizing the execution of Change Order No. 2 to the current contract with Belt Paving for the “Oldtown Road Improvements” project (11-11-P) in the increased amount of $11,670.59 and three (3) additional days, bringing the total contract amount to $1,412,065.09.

  14. Orders • Order authorizing the execution of a MOU with Allegany County, FSU, Allegany County C3I, the City of Frostburg, and the Allegany County Sheriff's Office by the Mayor and Chief of Police, regarding the cost-sharing purchase and maintenance of an incident reporting system.

  15. Orders • Order authorizing the acceptance of $9,000 as payment in full on a Deferred Loan Agreement with Dwight Pope dated June 13, 1995 and authorizing the execution of a Certificate of Satisfaction upon payment.
