  2. 1st STEP Information and initial counselling/guidance Receive applicants and provide information 2nd STEP Counselling and coaching in writing the candidate’s MATCH profile Find the right certification also by means of the MATCH software 3rd STEP Assessment of knowledge, skills and competence Examine the candidate’s MATCH profile, dossier of evidence and Europass CV. 4th STEP Validation and issuing the certificate Assessment and validation panel can make the final decision and issue the certificate 4-steps process

Finding new job opportunities Definitions Counselling Guidance offered by social workers, doctors, etc., to help a person resolve social or personal problems (Collins English Dictionary). • Counselling &Guidance • In the process of guidance, the client's problems are listened carefully and readymade solutions are provided by the expert where as in the process of counseling the client's problems are discussed and relevant information are provided in-between. • In the end of the counseling process, the client himself/herself has a insight to the problem and he/she becomes empowered to take own decision.

  5. 1st STEP Information and initial counselling/guidance Setting In compliance with the relevant local public office of employment potential users may be convoked individually or in groups. A project operator will provide information on the objectives, the activities, expected duration and products that the project will provide to users. Attendance will be recorded on the signatures sheet. Who will join the project must fill the required docs. User’s documents required in the first individual meeting a) His/her CV, if available the operator might collect data from user’s past work experiences, education and training (case-history). • b) Official documents certificating His/her current occupational status • accordance with national laws, users have to demonstrate the requirements for benefit from the service: • official certifications from the public employment services; • residence permit; • ID Card and fiscal code.

  7. 2nd STEP Counselling and coaching in writing the candidate’s MATCH profile Setting A room for meetings with a PC with Internet connection. Must be prepared: - The place for the operator with the PC and the user's folder; - The place for the user with a pen, blank sheets of paper and the application forms arranged according to the MATCH procedure. • Time • Four hours: • 2 hrs for the registration on the MATCH System and the Europass CV • 2 hrs for the Dossier of evidence and the analysis of experiences • Docs • MATCH Software • ANNEX II application form • ANNEX IV Professional Dossier of evidence • ANNEX III MATCH profile analysis of experiences

  10. 3rd STEP Assessment of KSC • Setting • A meeting room with a panel of experts: • - 1 expert accredited in validating prior learning; • 1 member from the intended profession • 1 member from the employers representatives • 1 member from the employees representatives • Time • One or two meetings of two hours each (depending on the completeness of the evidences collected) • Docs • ANNEX VI Complementary Training Agreement • ANNEX VII assessment report
