  1. Scottish Procurement Customer Engagement Survey 2018 This survey was issued to gather customer feedback on the Procurement Journey and was issued via Survey Monkey. It was made available using various communication channels: Scottish Procurement online blog Scottish Procurement LinkedIn page E-mail disseminated via Best Practice Forum Posted on the Procurement Journey E-mail via PCS to all registered buyers The survey was opened on the 1 March 2019 and closed on the 22 March 2019. 360 responses were received in total. A phased approach to implementation of the Procurement Journey relaunch can be found in slide 28
