    1. Patriots Fight Back! Patriots have been treated unfairly and deserve a chance to speak their mind!

    2. No taxation without representation! No taxation without representation means that colonists could not be taxed if they weren’t part of the British parliament. James Odis argued for this form of representation in 1765, but few other delegates supported him. Americans wanted their own assemblies to impose them. ”Let us run our own affairs” protested Americans!

    3. Stamp Act The Stamp Act was an act passed by British parliament in 1765, it required that all newspapers, pamphlets, legal documents, commercial bills, and advertisements to bear a stamp. There were many men that this act effected the most, among these men were, Samuel Adams, Christopher Gadsden, Patrick Henry, John Dickinson, John Lamb, Joseph Warren, James Odis, and Paul Revere.

    4. How Have the Colonies Been Treated? The British are using the colonists taxes and money to keep them rich and strong. The money collected from these import taxes was used to pay the salaries for the British officials.

    5. Why Should the Colonists be Independent from the Rule of King George? Freedom would make it possible to create a new government without a king! Americans would govern themselves based on certain principles or ideals.

    6. The Sons of Liberty The Sons of Liberty fought for agitation against the Stamp Act and many other Big acts that were unfair to Americans. Some of the Sons of Liberty were, Patrick Henry, James Odis, John Lamb, Joseph Warren, John Dickinson, Paul Revere, John Adams, Samuel Adams, and Christopher Gadson.
