  1. Crushers Market: forecast Towards Mixed Demand

  2. The recent decision of the Supreme Court, revoking ban on iron ore mining in Goa setting 20 million tons on mining has brought cheers to the camp of crushing plant manufacturers, reeling under the prolonged sink of iron ore mining arising out of the ban. Manufacturers are also cheerful on the big ticket expansion of Steel Authority of India. The PSU behemoth has recently commissioned its new blast furnace in its Eastern India facility, thereby requiring enhanced processing of iron ore. Targeted completion of mega steel plant in Odisha by Tata Steel and that of Bhushan steel along with ongoing planned expansion of scores of secondary steel plants in West Bengal and Jharkhand are also the reasons for improved business sentiment. Development of newer roads projects in North Eastern part of the country, required to be built through blasting-drilling and Stone crushing is an added reason for improved business sentiment both for the Crushing plant and plant users.

  3. Stone Crushers Suppliers and Stone machinery suppliers are expecting higher business realization. According to industry development, the demand is projected to growing to 15-20% during current and coming years. This great demand would be led by company requirement of wheeled and standard product line. However, plants are perceived to pass through shrinking demand phase at least for sometime now. The manufacturers are working on marketing strategies, backed by product offering, to meet the growing requirement tough competition for wheeled and standard units, whereas the business plan is being reworked to offset declining sales of tracked units.

  4. Big Demand In India On growing market trends stone crusher machine suppliers in India, "customers are now looking for a complete solutions from the machinery manufacturers. The demand for custom made solutions is also increasing, though the standard modules of plants are still the most popular. With Buildmate Crusher Plants Machine Manufacturers & Suppliers Products range of equipment support, we offer our customers total solution packages including crushing. These packages can be offered either on wheel plants, modular plants or as unit equipment."

  5. However, the big demand figures, projected by Stone Crusher Machine manufacturers, representing the wheeled and stationary portion are expected to come from road construction and also from core infrastructure projects which are hydro power projects. Thronging of the emerging demand space by existing suppliers and also by multiple new entrepreneurs, over the span of four years, comprising Indian and multinational companies, on obvious grounds would not be excluded from competition factor. This is well expected to bring newer resolutions and pricing dividends and added service support for customers From Sand Crushing Plant Manufacturers.

  6. CHALLENGES The rising price of raw materials is a major hurdle facing the crushing and screening industry. Setting up a crushing unit involves huge cost and unavailability of raw material on time only adds to the cost. Another challenge facing this industry involves strict government regulations. Since environmental issues involving quarries in various states are yet to be entirely resolved, overall demand will continue to suffer. In particular, crushing units that are functioning without the “official consent” from the Pollution Control Boards(PCB) are in real danger of being shutdown. Moreover, there is a dearth of skilled and trained persons because of which the industry hires a large number of unskilled daily laborers to carry out the operations of mining.
