  3. PRACTICAL WAY TO GET A GOOD IMPACT ??? The project must be designed according to the needs of community. People should be involved in all the project cycle and context. the projects should be under the development plan of Government in rural areas Research plot should be done before implementing the expanded projects regarding the ( sort of soil, relevant environment and etc)

  4. Community corporation & Contribution • Project must increase the corporation of the people and boost up their capacity. • People should feel ownership regarding the project to help for the sustainability of project. • Each project must contain the useful training , workshop, presentation, practical assistance to increase the capacity of the community and also to show them the ways to act independently .

Community Corporation & Contribution • all the groups should have commitment to support the sustainability of the project . • the activity should be done on the people resources , and to build up these resources multi directional to make one the reliance of another in case of any failure in one, to insure the sustainable food security. • Marketing should be trained for the people in the best way to motivate them to work on their farms from the heart and soul with a great vision.

Sustainability • There should be commitment for sustainability of the project by the community. • Community together with the NGo should seek to find better way of sustainability. • Marketing should perfectly be learned to Community , to access in the market. • Market Tracks should be illustrated for the community.

  7. Sustainability • Project should be of different complement component. • Agriculture Unit should be establish in a cluster level. • Training should be done on time, • should be new for the people • should be practical, knowledgeable

  8. Design and Implementation • Project should provide change in the community. • Community should be involved in need Assessment process up to all project cycle. • the project should be in a very specified time management. • women should be asked , about their ability and requirements.

  9. Coordination • strong coordination should be provide between the NGos and Donors . • It should be endeavored to implement the projects based on the Development plan in district level. Fertilizer

  10. Monitoring, Supervision& evaluation • There should be flexibility in project implementation. • The community, Shura, Community elders, Provincial Shura, Related Sectors, Donors and Ngos should be involved in Monitoring and evaluation process. • Each Organization must have a data base and Tracking form to be known who, what, where, when, how everything is going on.

  11. FUND RAISING & COMMUNICATION • Big projects should be made with the government (some Ministries are not able to use their money). • National Ngos should have access to Donors . • Projects must be given to Partner Directly by Donors ( not second ,third or forth hand) • Projects should be given to partners based on the partners experience, backgroundand competency .

  12. ADVOCACY • All partner Organizations must work in the district based on Reintegrated project to be able to cover all the agriculture and livestock problems. • Establishment of a transparent system, to be responsive to all the community suggestions, objections and ideas. • the projects must be implemented in the areas where there is low access of government.

  13. Gender • All the stratum of vulnerable families must be beneficiated by the project. • Involving of women in all aspects of project. • Women are able to do their responsibility much better than the men, ( kitchen garden, raise of wool and fuzz, fruit process, poultry and etc….

  14. Lesson learned • What kind of changes can we do in our future projects. • We should work to change the old and traditional system in to new and modern system. • We should motivate the community and boost up their potential toward improvement.
