Paiement allocation/mois/enfant (montant indiqué dans l’Annexe R A 4) Enfants de moins de 18 ans : ne pas être titulaire d’un CONTRAT DE TRAVAIL Enfants de 18 à 25 ans : obligation de POURSUIVRE DES ETUDES telles que définies par les règles du CERN ALLOCATION ENFANTS A CHARGE DROITS CONDITIONS D’ATTRIBUTION

  4. ALLOCATION ENFANTS A CHARGE (18 à 25 ans) PROCEDURE • Au début de chaque année scolaire, retourner au service des frais scolaires: • le “Questionnaire concernant l’allocation pour enfant à charge” dûment rempli • un certificat de scolarité en provenance de l’établissement d’enseignement

  6. Remboursement frais d’inscription à 100% Etudes de niveau scolaire ou universitaire Dans un établissement d’enseignement public Situé en France ou en Suisse Sans exonération fiscale possible pour le membre du personnel (= taxe scolaire) FRAIS D’INSCRIPTION – Tsl DROITS CONDITIONS CUMULATIVES

Paiement allocation d’éducation : 200 CHF/mois/enfant Etudes dans un établissement d’enseignement supérieur (université, école spécialisée) Situé dans un Etat Membre du CERN ALLOCATION D’EDUCATION MENSUALISEE – Tsl DROITS CONDITIONS CUMULATIVES LIMITES • Prestations extérieures de même nature OBLIGATOIREMENT DEDUITES de cette allocation

Remboursement à 75%: scolarité, logement, repas Remboursement à 100%: transport Territoire: études dans Etats Membres du CERN Age: 3 - 25 ans Nombre de remboursements: maximum 3/an Plafonds: limites annuelles globales FRAIS D’EDUCATION – Tsi, Fell DROITS CONDITION • Frais OBLIGATOIREMENT LIES AUX ETUDES telles que définies par les règles du CERN LIMITES
