    5. Getting Organized Use a Daily Planner. Make a list of what needs to be done. Prioritize your activities. Find your best time of day and utilize it. Establish a study area. Learn to say NO! Practice good study habits.

    6. Healthy Lifestyle Personal Responsibility Nutrition Exercise Stress Management Relationships Personal Balance

    7. Money Savvy Money does not buy happiness, but the lack of money can cause much distress. A workshop has been developed exclusively on the topic of Money Management. Please ask Student Support Services staff for more information.

    8. Coping Skills Talk to someone. Make your escape. Let it out. Forget about it. Do something nice. Do one thing at a time. Give yourself a break.

    9. Motivation for the Long Haul Set goals. Positive images for the future help get us through the daily grind. Measure progress in short-term increments. Beware of BURN-OUT. Do not tackle too much too fast. Know your limitations and pay attention to your internal messages.
