WHAT WE NEED? • Nongovernmental Joint Monitoring Group (NGO level) • Hot Line of Energy Confidence (Presidential, PM’s and Special Representatives levels) • Establishment of permanent mechanism of consultation between SPP, GdF-Suez, E.ON-Ruhrgas, NAK “Naftogaz Ukrainy” • Central European Oil Transportation Consortium based on the Odesa – Brody and “Southern “Druzhba” systems • Gas Reserves based on Ukrainian UGSF
