(A) FGFR3 knockdown by siRNA reduces mRNA level of MMP-1 and MMP-10. (B)A specific anti-FGFR3 blocking antibody, R3Mab, reduces mRNA level of MMP-1 and MMP-10. Cells were treated with 15 ug/mLof R3Mab for 24h, and total RNA was isolated for Taqman analysis.
