Office of Public Guardian • Established in 2007 • Pilot counties: Clallam, Grays Harbor, Okanogan, Pierce and Spokane • Service to IP’s based on following priorities: • Indigent/homeless (income not to exceed 200% of federal poverty level) • Significant risk of harm to IP • Imminent danger of loss or reduction in public services
