Do those household chores yourself, cleanup the garage, sweep the floors, wash the car or take the dog out for a walk. Park your car two blocks away from your workplace and walk all the way to the office. Skip the elevator and walk up the stairs instead. Live life with an attitude of gratitude and be grateful for your blessing. Focus on all the good things you have which would put you in a more empowering state of mind.Losing weight is not so difficult if you know how to start.
