  2. Annual Event Held in auspices of the residency in the council of Baltic Sea States: Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Island, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Poland, Russia, Sweden

  3. Structure Coordinating Committee 11 members – national coordinators (focal points) from each CBSS Country National Platforms – Baltic Sea NGO Network Chairperson – Chairing Country

  4. XI BALTIC SEANGO FORUM Tolerance and Cultural Diversity in the Region of Baltic Sea April 16-17, 2013 St.Petersburg

  5. Program The Forum’s plenary meetings focused on: Human dimension in BSR’s cooperation, Youth cooperation; Financial and Legal framework for NGOs in CBSS countries.

  6. Working sessions Multicultural Societies – challenges and expectations; Social Inclusion - Basic Demand for Stabile Society in the Baltic Sea Region Environment unites people

  7. Final Statement General Part: Adopted on the ground of consensus by Forums participants includes a number of recommendations and proposals which are most crucial for the successful development of the civil society cooperation in BSR Working Groups: Based on discussions in each of the Working Group
