Prairie Fire DJ Service provides a premium sound system that can accommodate areas large and small, inside or out. We offer a large music selection from the 50's to the latest current hits. We take pride and personal interest in each event. We are also committed to making your event the most memorable time of your life.”

Typical Timeline forBefore the Event • First contact will be about describing the services he offers and the pricing of the packages he offers. • Once they have chosen him as their DJ, they will schedule a meeting to discuss and sign the contract. This is also when the deposit is received. • He will then meet with the customer one more time before the event to go over a tentative outline. At this time they will also discuss any special requests for music they would like played or not played.

  8. Typical Timeline forthe Day of the Event • He makes sure to arrive plenty of time before the event. This allows him to check out the work area and unload and set up his equipment. • He then goes over all the music requests the customer wants and make sure he has everything that he needs. • After he is sure everything is set up, he will change into his suit to look professional for the event. • The event itself takes about 3-5 hours. The event involves taking requests, making announcements, playing the correct music at the right time, and working with the venue staff. • Once the event is over and all the guests have left, it is time to tear down his equipment. If he hasn’t already received the balance due, this will be the time he also requests this. • Then it is time to head home!

  11. Mac’s Interpretation of Marketing “Whenever you are completing a sale, marketing is being able to say the right thing to a specific customer, based on their class or age. Being able to talk to a customer in a way they can relate to make the sale. It is also someone having the ability to choose the correct selling points for the correct customer at the correct time.”
