Changes • Where do we start? • Required, Conditional & Optional – what do these mean? • Process • No local error checker • Submit many times • Updates collection in MSDS • Does not necessarily “delete” between uploads • This is *way* different than SRSD! • Certify once • Format • XML • Data fields, format, options • See Meghann & Doris’ presentation from MPAAA for details

  9. Data QualityJanell • Submit file(s) to MSDS • Review results • Recommendation: Change data at it’s source – your Student Information System • Run the CEPI reports • When all is good, Certify your data • Don’t forget that all records need a UIC!
