Yet industrial workplaces comprise ordinary people who are no different from anyone else in how they make judgments, have arguments, fall in love, or dislike people and things. Subjectivity is as much a factor in business-to-business decisions as it is in the consumer-facing world, and it feeds the word-of-mouth recommendations that are direct expressions of brand strength.
