  3. Introduction VNNIC • Become NIR since 03/2003. • Apply NIR – membership Model for Resource allocation and management. • Has total 15 full members include 12 ISPs and 3 mutil-homing organizations. VNNIC

  7. New IP fee structure come in to effect • The new fee structure was based on the principle “the much member use IP the more member gain fee discount”. • This principle of the new fee structure is quite different from the old one in which fee is equal to all level. VNNIC

  9. Plan in 2006 • Upgrade APNIC membership to very large tier. • Rebuild VNNIC Whois Database that will be almost mirror from APNIC Database. • Hold 3rd VNNIC Open Member Meeting. VNNIC
