Deby’s Right • Deby is a student who has to work to find passenger. • Deby was not play with his friends because he has to work. • Deby’s work was dangerous because he has to row the boat to cross the river. • The boat is big, if Deby was tired he must stop. • He works to help his family. • Deby can only play or do his homework at night.

  3. Opinion of the children’s rights • I don’t agree because children may not work and Deby works in a dangerous place. • If we work in a dangerous it might be not save. • Deby cannot get good education because he spend time for working.

  4. Matthew 22:37-39 • Jesus replied: Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. • This is the first and greatest commandment. • And the second is like it: Love your neighbors as yourself.

  5. Catholic Social Teaching • In Catholic Social Teaching we need to support we need to support right and responsibility including education for the children. Deby’s parents not support Deby’s education.

  6. Solution to reduce the problem • Deby has to go to school. • Deby work in a safe place. • People and Government must help Deby’s family.
