  13. 結論 燒肉米漢堡的熱量其實和雙層牛肉吉士堡的熱量是不相上下的! ”旦”糕壽司是用”旦”糕做的素壽司 而肉鬆壽司是用白米包肉鬆和蛋, 兩者成分不同看起來卻很像同一種產品。 所以我們在吃東西的同時,不要一味的以自己與大眾一般的認知來做判斷,要深刻的了解,才會攝取到對的營養喔!
