Recipe Box Sis. Shemika Weems. Creamy mango. Breakfast-Baked Oatmeal. 1 ½ Cups old fashioned rolled oats 1 ½ cups of unsweetened almond milk ½ cup unsweetened applesauce ¼ cup of chopped dried apricots ¼ cup of chopped dates or raisins ¼ cup of chopped pecans or walnuts

¼ teaspoon salt
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Add ingredients in a large bowl and stir well. Transfer to an 8 by 8 inch baking dish that has been lightly rubbed with olive oil. Pour oatmeal ixture into dish and bake 45-50 min or until slightly browned and crispy on top. Top with Cinnamon Baked Apples or spread with dates, or honey before eating.

Dice celery, onions, green peppers, crust fresh garlic and saute all veggies in olive oil Mix broth with water and seasonings. Add with beans and veggies in a Crock Pot. Serve with brown rice.
