    • Good personal hygiene, or cleanliness.

    • Getting enough physical activity.

    • Getting enough rest or sleep.

    • Keeping the environment clean.

    • Especially during the contagious period.

  • Do not share eating utensils, dishes, glasses, bottles or cans.

  • Wash your hands often

    • After you have been around a sick person.

    • Before and after handling food.

    • After using the bathroom.

  • After handling garbage.

  • After touching any other obvious source of germs.

  • Hand washing tips.

    • Always wash before handling or eating food.

    • Wash with hot, soapy water.

    • Carry a small bottle of waterless hand sanitizer if you are in an area where you don’t have access to soap and water.

    • Wash hands for at least 15 sec. with soap, rinse well and dry hands.
