  3. Course Objectives • Learn how to design for small form factor devices • Be able to create applications for Apple Watch, iPhone, and iPad. • Learn to program in Objective-C

  4. Why Apple and not Google? • Stable platform • Limited number of devices (Easier development) • Robust developer tools (Xcode & iOS Simulator)

  5. Project • Come up with your own project ideas • Submit a one page specification document • By the end of the second week of classes. (09/03) • Purpose/Introduction • Product functions • User Characteristics • Constraints, Assumptions, Dependencies
