Election of CVAT trustees • CVAT’s constitution allows a Board of Trustees (Directors) of up to 15 people. • At the AGM, the longest serving third have to stand down but are eligible for re-election provided they have not completed more than nine years of continuous service. • This year, the three trustees seeking re-election are: • Anne Parkes • Phil Spence • Simon Walker • Three people were co-opted during the year and are seeking formal election to the board: • Martin Collett • Lisa Ringwood • Ray Shepherd • Personal statements from all six are in your packs.
