The Unaccompanied Minor fee of Delta Airlines is CAD/ USD/ EUR 150 (one-way fee). CAD is for flights departing from Canada and EUR is for flights originating in Europe (for both connecting and non-stop flights). The service/ program fee is charged in addition to the ticket price.
