  4. Initial Reflection We wondered… • Is it a challenge to balance work and life? • Does the lifestyle have an impact? • Is stress the only outcome? • Are all solutions a sacrifice of life? • Does it work?

Initial Reflection Work-Life Balance YES: little time left after work Great Impact: single vs. couple vs. parents… is not the only outcome: there are solutions! is only one of many ways to better balance YES!
