  7. Grading Criteria • 94% - 100% A • 90% - 93.9% A- • 87.0% - 89.9% B+ • 84.0% - 86.9% B • 80.0% - 83.9% B- • 77.0% - 79.9% C+ • 74.0% - 76.9% C • 70.0% - 73.9% C- • 67.0% - 69.9% D+ • 60.0% - 66.9% D • < or = 59.9% F

  8. Expectations • Completion of homework assignments on time • Participation • Attendance will be taken for each class • Bring a calculator. No cell phones. • Textbook - required • Laptop policy • Assignment schedule “subject to change”

  9. Important Dates • 6/30 First day of class • 7/7 Exam 1 (See Note) • 7/16 Exam 2 (See Note) • 7/28 Exam 3 (See Note) • 7/30 Computer Lab • 8/6 Final Exam 6:00 to 9:50 pm (See Note) • Note: Except for the first day of class, last day of class and final exam, dates are subject to change

  10. Important Policies • Attendance Counts – You must be present to win • Cell phones & laptops • Make up Policy for Quizzes & Exams • Quizzes – No make up. Lowest quiz grade dropped • Exams – No make up. The grade for a missed exam will be 50% of the final exam grade. • Final Exam – Will be given on scheduled date and time only (per University policy.)
