Company Summary • Company was founded in 1998. • Currently has 35 outlets operating in Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao located in malls and supermarkets like SM. • Board of Directors are three Filipinos and two Americans. All are successful business people. • Started franchising in 2002. • Has built an online franchise support system.

Technical & Business Support • A call agent will answer your call when you need business and technical help or when your technicians need help in applying complex repair procedures. • Virus infected computers can also be treated via VNC, which is a remote access of computer through the internet. This means that a computer in Cebu can be fixed in Manila without our people actually going to Cebu. • Simple computing tutorials can also be done through VNC technology.
