  6. Club Mission The mission of a Toastmasters club is to provide a mutually supportive and positive learning environment in which every member has the opportunity to develop oral communication and leadership skills, which in turn foster self-confidence and personal growth.

The Distinguished Club Program • Helps to determine how a club will meet the 10 goals • Allows the club to establish additional goals • Outlines strategies for achieving goals • Identifies resources the club may use to accomplish their goals • Has room to write in assignments, develop timetables, and track accomplishments
